I listed a new home last week. It is beautiful...
Bright. Clean. Big windows. Granite. Hardwood. Stainless. The works.
Even smells good...
One of the best homes in the neighborhood. Certainly the best one on the market...
Priced right too. Sure, we are the highest priced home in the subdivision, but we are worth it...
I have been working with a buyer in this neighborhood...
Mr. Buyer is a nice guy. Wants a nice home. Willing to pay a fair price.
Mr. Buyer decides to make an offer on my new listing, a very nice home.
But Mr. Seller is hesitant and chooses not to respond to the offer...
"What should I do?" asks Mr. Buyer
"I'll ask Mr. Seller." I answer.
"Mr. Buyer wants to buy your home," I tell Mr. Seller.
"Oh. This is happenening a little sooner than we expected," says Mr. Seller.
Oh.
