REAL ESTATE AND FROSTED FLAKES...

THEY'RE GR-R-REAT!

Crunch Crunch goes the Frosted Flakes between my teeth.  Click click goes the keyboard underneath my fingers.

Real estate and Frosted Flakes...

It is Saturday morning.  I sit in my PJ's, eating a bowl of cereal at my kitchen table.

I am working.  Yes working.

Huh?  No office?  No suit and tie?  Not even a name badge?

No.  None of the above.  But still getting a lot done...

Setting appointments.  Scheduling showings.  Updating listings.  Downloading photos...

Oh, and the online activity.  FacebookTwitterActiveRain.  That is almost a full time job in itself...

RING RING.  There goes my phone.  I have to go.  There is more work to be done...

"Hello, this is Ken, can I help you?"

Dude....you are so correct....social media is so time consuming.  Profitable, but time consuming.

Well you know when Tony the Tiger Said "There great!" he was talking about AR members and not cereal. And social media is the breakfast of champions!

This sounds familiar except for the cereal brand!

Hi Sea, Mark, and Larry.  Thanks for reading.

I only posted this an hour and a half ago, and I have had a potential new prospect already call that has read it.

Wow.

Thanks again guys!

I agree.  Trying to keep up with the social media takes quite a bit of time each and every day.

Hi Ken... I can relate entirely... except I am into Smart Start cereal.  Do you wear the pajamas with the feet attached? :)

Hi Steve, Donna, John, and Mike.  Thanks for reading.

No, I don't wear pjs with footies.:)

Smart start?  Hmm.  Sounds healthy.

Thanks again,

Ken

I would also go for the Frosted Flakes over smart start. Yes it is amazing what we can get done in our day without our  business costumes for for the public.

Hi Nannette.  I hadn't had Frosted Flakes in quite a while.

They were yummy!

Thanks for reading,

Ken

Geez Ken,

When I pressed the Frosted Flakes link I was hoping to see you sitting there in your p.j''s "working".

So "who was on the phone?"
