Ken's Naperville Real Estate Blog : A STRESSFUL WEEK...

A STRESSFUL WEEK...

What day is it?  Wednesday?  Yes.

They tend to blur together when I am busy...

It has been a stressful week...

I think the stressful weeks are probably the one's that butter the Realtor's bread.  They are the weeks we make money...

I just finished negotiating a fairly large and important contract this evening.

My buyer seems really excited.  She probably should be.  She is getting a heck of a deal...

It feels good.

But the negotiation process was longer than I was expecting.  Fairly tiring.

I added a new listing too.  My first in the city of Chicago...

I have an appointment for another one tomorrow.  This one is in River Bend...

It should go well.

Hi Ken, When you get your commission checks from this stressful week, it won't seem stressful at all.

My broker used to live in Chicago.  What part did you sell in?  He would have some helpful ideas, I'm sure.  I;m glad you got to butter your bread this week!

Hi Ken... it's great to read that you are so busy!  That's what spells success in this business and I certainly think of you and success in the same thought!

Some weeks are tougher than others. I say just be glad your writing offers and closing deals. Many Realtors are not making it right now. Good luck on your continued success.

:)

Hi Don, Betina, Chuck, Steve, Monika, Bruce, Shirley, and Joseph.  Thanks so much everyone!

It has been a very productive week.  Busy is certainly better than wondering what to do...

The home was in Wheaton.

And yes, Don, I haven't delivered any fliers in three weeks.  Lakewood Crossing is due up next.

Thanks again all,

Ken

Well done.  Productivity, activity, and stress seem to all go hand in hand.

Breathe and take time to celebrate your successes.

Be well!

Hi Scott, Daren, and Gary.  Thanks for reading and the nice words.

Things are good.  Some days issues get me down, other days they fall away...

Thanks again,

Ken
