It didn't take me long to see results. I received my first call from the market reports 4 days after writing my first post. I thought it was a fluke...
I was wrong.
The market reports continue to be the most productive marketing tool I have ever used. I get about two calls a week from my reports.
Before writing the reports, my thoughts were, "What does the real estate consumer look for when he goes online?"

With the variety of homes available in Naperville, there are plenty of opportunities to take some great pictures.
Whenever possible, I try to take pictures reflective of the season...
Keep them simple. No complex charts needed. For example, this is how I present my statistics:

This has probably been the key to my success.
I write 33 different market reports for neighborhoods in and around Naperville.
You never know where your next lead will come from, so you are better off writing a whole lot of reports.
The real estate business is as challenging as ever. However, there are still buyers and sellers looking for information. They are looking online.
