My Business Plan for 2012? Consistency...

Consistency is the key.

Whether it is exercise, dieting, learning, or marketing.  Results take consistent activity over time.

You have probably heard that "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing, over and over, and expecting different results"? 

Well paint me blue and call me crazy!  I call that persistence. 

So my business plan for 2012?  Consistency.

What does that mean for me?

I will continue posting my online Naperville market reports every quarter.

I will continue delivering my newsletters, the River Bend View and Carrolwood View, every quarter.

I will send out Just Listed and Just Sold Cards to my farm areas.

I will have an aggressive schedule of open houses for my listings.

I will be extremely active on social media websites Facebook, Active Rain, and Trulia.

I will continue advertising on Facebook, which I believe is and will continue to be the dominant social network.

I will continue educating myself in the latest in technology and real estate sales...

I will do my best to be friendly, outgoing, and helpful to people I meet.

I will smile.  Often.

I will strive to be the best father, husband, and friend...

Consistently.

Ken - I totally agree consistency is key.  I had one person follow my market report for over a year before they called me.  If I would have stopped after a few months I highly doubt they would have called me.
