Ken's Naperville Real Estate Blog : DANSKO: A MUST FOR EVERY REALTOR!

O.K.  This will sound like a commercial, but I want you to know that I do not get paid for it.  I just love the product so much, I had to share...

Are you looking for a shoe, that is comfortable, fashionable, and very easy to flip on and off when you are doing showings?  Then I have the shoe for you.

The Dansko Professional is apparently a favorite among doctors, nurses, chefs and anyone else that is on there feet for any length of time.

My legs are always sore.  I am a runner who is well past my prime.  When I put on my Danskos, my legs feel young again.  My soreness in the knees goes away.  They feel great.

As far as fashion goes, they work great with jeans, khakis (my real estate uniform), or even pants and a tie.  They are incredibly versatile.

They are fantastic at showings.  No more bending over to tie or buckle my shoes.  The professionals are a clog style that slip right on and off.

So with that, I want to give one more shout out to Dansko!

Thanks for the comfort!

p.s. Danskos are not cheap.  Retail runs around $120 for the professional.  They are, however, the best shoe I have ever owned.

I'll second that. My first pair lasted 5 years and I wore them 5 days a week. I'm on my second pair and I have never worn a more comfortable shoe. A nurse was the one that recommended them to me. Worth every penny.

HHMMM, very interesting.  I have been wearing Danskos and a few other brands since high school...30 yrs YIKES... they are big in the horse industry.  There are actually a few brands that I like better like Ana-Tech and Modellista which does not turn your ankle as much.  The idea of slip on and off works well, for sure
