I am at a key moment in my career. Perhaps I am making too big of a deal of the decision but...
I am seriously considering joining a small real estate company in downtown Naperville named Ryan Hill.
I want to get started. The sooner I hang my license, the sooner I can get back to work selling homes.
I am excited to get restarted. But I have a few questions that need answered...
QUESTIONS ABOUT RYAN HILL
1. COACHING: Too much coaching freaks me out. They are big believers in "100 Days to Greatness". I am somewhat anxious about more coaching. Is it mandatory?
2. COMMISSION CONTROL: I am not sure I want my office dictating what I charge my clients. It may be Ok, but I am unsure.
3. MONTHY EXPENSES: What will be my monthly out of pocket expenses?
4. MY PAYOUT: I want what is fair. I would be disappointed hearing other agents getting higher payouts.
5. WEBSITES: Do they provide a personalized one for me or do I have to create my own?
6. RYAN HILL SHIRTS/CLOTHING: I love being a walking billboard. Will they give me a few free shirts?
7. I RUB SOME PEOPLE THE WRONG WAY: Will they back me 100%?
8. MY BLOG: Will they approve? I like writing and don't want to stop or change.
As I said. I am excited to get started.
But I also want to make the right decision. I will spend a bit more time working on my questions.
I want this office to be right for me.
Ken

I hope you get the answers you want. I'm very curious to their answer to #2.
I figure better to ask questions now then be surprised down the road.
Thanks for stopping by Kara.

Hi Steve. You like them? Are they in Chicago area??
Ken
thanks for stopping by!
Hi Ken,
Smart questions to ask up front. Go over the policies and have them in writing.
If you like the broker, you will probably like the office.
Much good luck.
Hi Kevin. Thanks for stopping by.
I am not normally a detail guy. But it seems like I need answers before I sign the bottom line!

I don't know Ken- At Exit we get 70% up to the first $100,000 than 90%- No monthly fees or desk fees. Exit is by invitation only- We sponsor agents into Exit that we feel would be beneficial to the company, we receive a 10% residual on everything they make, from Exit corporate- That residual becomes 7 % retirement income and 5% to our benfiticiaries-Each Exit agent gets a Smartcard and when our recruit has a closing we have the 10% deposited right into our account- Not out of the agents money right from corporate- You really should check it out!
Hi Barbara. I know where there office is. Sounds good, numbers wise. I do like the office at Ryan Hill.

Hi Again Ken- Whatever you do, I wish you the best of luck! I will be tuned in to see how things turn out for your family. I visited your wifes site. My grandson is autistic and has many food allergies and sensitivites. The site was great!
