Ken's 6 Month Business Plan: 

Marketing:  Very simple.  Very traceable.  Very effective.

I will hang 1400 neighborhood newsletters every two months.  Rain or shine.  8 neighborhoods.  7 in Naperville.  1 in Lisle.

The neighborhoods were hand picked by me.  I have a personal connection to all of them.

Quality marketing+strong personal presence+quality product=huge business.

you go for it .. I did this for about a year aside from being a business builder it was a great skill builder .. I had to learn to give that 30 second at the door speech .. really taught me how to connect with people

Hi Patrick.  Yes I am.  Every time I do it I see many neighbors.  Familiarity breeds comfort.

The rest of my plan?

I have a block party I will be attending in Wheatland South on September 13.

I have a Oktoberfest party I will be attending in High Meadow on September 27th.

That's as far out as I go.

I am right on target.  I will be halfway done next week.

Longer term goals?  Certainly.

I plan on being one of the most successful agents in the Chicago area.

If my daughter wishes, she will inherit my business.

I would like to buy a house next year for my family.  That will take some work, but thats what I am doing.
